Viewing and filtering active alerts

Alerts contain detailed information about the jobs that were run in the Backup Group and the computers on which they were run. Whether viewing active alerts or history, you can filter alert messages to show all alerts, only errors, only warnings, or only informational messages.

To view and filter active alerts

  1. On the navigation bar, click Alerts.

  2. Click the Active Alerts tab.

  3. In the Active Alerts Filter box, click an alert whose details you want to view.

  4. In the selection pane, select the alert to view the details.

  5. Click a column heading to sort the list in ascending or descending order.

  6. Click and drag a column to a new position in the list, and then drop it into place to change the order in which columns are displayed.
